Place My Order

Do you only carry Indian & South Asian Jewelry?

No. We carry jewelry from all around the world, including modern western style jewelry. Visit our Swarovski products for more insight.

What if the style I want is not currently available on my occasion date?

Contact us and let us know which product you are interested in and the date of your occasion. We continually review and add new jewelry to our inventory that is popular styles based on current trends. We might be able to secure the product you want or help you find a suitable alternative that you may like.

How early before my event should I place an order?

For instance, if your event is on Saturday, you need to place an order no later than the prior Monday for Brinda’s to deliver the products to you by Thursday (at the latest Friday).It usually takes 4-5 business days to process and ship your order. We expect you to return the Jewelry on Monday following your event date.

Is the Jewelry cleaned?

After every rental, each piece is hand inspected and cleaned.

Does the Jewelry fit everyone?

Yes. Our necklace sets have adjustable back-chains so that it can fit any neck. All of our bracelets, rings, and bangles are adjustable or have screws to fit any size.

Can I rent Jewelry for more than 3 days?

If you have needs that require a longer rental period please contact us at info@brindasjewels.com.

Is the Jewelry insured?

Yes, the jewelry is insured throughout the entire process. Shipping insurance covers the rental jewelry while it is in transit with no deductible to you. While the jewelry is in your possession, we charge twice the rental price to your credit card, if the jewelry is damaged, and we charge 4 times the rental price if the jewelry is lost. As you might expect, while the jewelry is in your possession, we trust that you will handle it with utmost care, just as you would if it were your own.

What does the Insurance cover?

Each customer receives insurance with their jewelry rental, which covers minor wear and tear (e.g., a small stone falling out of a necklace set or a bend in an earring backing).

Do I get any incentives if I “Refer a Friend” to Brinda’s?

Brinda’s encourages referring friends and family. We offer 10% discount on an item of your choice when you refer a friend.

Can I buy jewelry at Brinda’s?

Brinda’s has sales every quarter or during our festive season to buy our Jewelry. Please view our ‘For Sale’ section (under construction) on the site.

What is the late fee policy?

  1. Merchandise received One (1) Day Late - An additional 25% of the rental price will be charged to your credit card.
  2. Merchandise received Two (2) Days Late - An additional 50% of the rental price will be charged to your credit card.
  3. Merchandise received Three (3) to Six (6) Days Late – An additional amount that is twice (2 times) the rental price will be charged to your credit card.
  4. Merchandise received beyond Seven (7) Days Late – An additional amount that is equivalent to four times the rental price will be charged to your credit card.

Ship My Order

How will the Jewelry arrive?

Products rented from BrindasJewels.com will be delivered directly to the shipping address provided. Brinda’s will notify you via e-mail, the Shipped date and Arrival date of your order.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Brinda’s does not ship outside of the United States.

Can you ship the products to Hotels?

Yes! Specify the hotel and reservation name in the notes field, and please inform the hotel concierge to expect your delivery.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately we do not since the package needs signature.

Does someone need to sign the package when it arrives?

No. Brinda’s will notify you via e-mail, the Shipped date and Arrival date of your order.

Is the Jewelry safe and secure when it gets shipped?

Yes! We’ve made every effort to ensure that it the product arrives to you safe and secure.

What time will my Jewelry arrive?

Your jewelry should arrive before 5 PM of your delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States.

How can I track my order to make sure it arrives on time?

You can use the tracking number sent to your email to track your order.

Return My Order

What happens if I don’t return the jewelry by the return date?

Due to the nature of our business, it’s very important that you return the jewelry on time however our clients have established a track record of returning the jewelry they borrow in a timely manner.  We expect that you’ll do the same, out of consideration for other clients.

Here are the guidelines for Late Fee

  1. Merchandise received One (1) Day Late - An additional 25% of the rental price will be charged to your credit card.

Do I need to pay for shipping or insurance when I return the jewelry?

No.  Brinda’s will include a pre-paid and pre-addressed return envelope in your shipment. All you need to do is repackage the jewelry and drop it off at the nearby FedEx for shipment before 12 PM of your return date.

Do I need to provide a shipping label for returning my order?

Your package will come with a return label so that returning your jewelry is super easy and taken care off by Brinda’s!

How will I know that my order has been returned safely?

You will receive a confirmation email once the jewelry has been received and inspected.

What time do I have to return my order by?

You need to repackage the jewelry and drop it off at the nearby FedEx for shipment before 12 PM of your return date.

What if I damage or lose the Jewelry?

An additional amount that is equivalent to four times the rental price will be charged to your credit card.
